Jackie Huang
Founding Partner
Attorney Zhen (Jackie) Huang is the founder of Huang & Associates P.C. Ms. Huang focuses her practice in real estate law and business law. For over 10 years she has represented the neighborhoods of Sunset Park, Dyker Heights, and Bensonhurst in Brooklyn, and Staten Island, building a solid clientele and trust within the community. Ms. Huang negotiates and manages business transactions for real estate developers, homebuyers, lending institutions, small businesses, and real estate investors.
Ms. Huang has appeared frequently in the longest-standing Hong Kong newspaper, Sing Tao Daily and is frequently a guest speaker on the television show, "Living in NY." Ms. Huang serves as a director for several non-profit organizations and hosts a monthly column for several local real estate magazines providing educational information to the first-time homebuyers. She was a speaker at SIBOR (Staten Island Board of Realtors)'s 9th annual real estate symposium.
Ms. Huang was a dean's list recipient at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and graduated from Cardozo School of Law in September 2004.
Michelle Ye
Senior Paralegal & Office Manager
Michelle has been with the firm for over 10 years. She has extensive knowledge of the legal processes involved with real estate transactions. She is very approachable and quick to take care of all client concerns. Primarily, she conducts title objection drafting, manages the closing schedule for commercial files, prepares closing statements, manages all seller's files, and post-closing matters.
Joanne Chen
Senior Paralegal
Prior to joining Huang & Associates, P.C., Joanne gained 7 years of vital experience serving 5 attorneys at a large Manhattan law firm. She is responsible for pre-contract matters such as preparing contract request, conducting preliminary search on the property, scheduling contract review appointments, and all correspondence with Seller attorney prior to contract signing. She is responsible for all residential (including condo) and commercial pre-contract signing purchase files.
